Внаслідок невдалого тренування, пацієнт отримав травму – розриви передньої хрестоподібної та медіальної колатеральної зв’язок.

Було проведено артроскопію колінного суглоба з пластикою ПХЗ та МКЗ.

В якості біологічного матеріала для реконструкції передньої хрестоподібної зв’язки було використано сухожилля напівсухожильного м’яза стегна.

Реконструкція медіальної колатеральної зв’язки за допомогою стрічки Fibertape Arthrex.

Фіксація двома біорезорбованими анкерами 5 мм і 4,75 мм.
