Ендопротезування колінного суглоба лівосторонній гонартроз 3 стадії 60 років
Пацієнтка Б., 60 років, надійшла в стаціонар з діагнозом: лівосторонній гонартроз 3 ст.
В стаціонарі пацієнтці проведено хірургічне лікування: тотальне цементне ендопротезування лівого колінного суглоба системою Medacta Sphere (Швейцарія).
The operation was performed under spinal anesthesia.
Післяопераційний період минув без ускладнень. В задовільному стані виписана зі стаціонару з подальшим динамічним наглядом.
Результат через 4 місяця – повністю відновлена функція лівого колінного суглоба.

Knee arthroplasty left-sided gonarthrosis stage 3 74 years old
A 74-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of left-sided gonarthrosis grade 3, flexion-extension contracture. Pain syndrome. In the hospital, the patient underwent surgical treatment: total cement arthroplasty of the left knee joint with the Medacta Sphere system (Switzerland). The patient has fully restored the function of the left knee joint.
