Ендопротезування колінного суглоба остеоартрит колінних суглобів 3 стадії 58 років
Пацієнтка К., 58 років. Надійшла до стаціонару з діагнозом: остеоартрит колінних суглобів 3 ст, порушення функції колінних суглобів 2-3 ст.
В стаціонарі було проведено хірургічне лікування: тотальне ендопротезування лівого колінного суглоба системою AK Medical.
Через 9 місяців з моменту операції провено наступне хірургічне лікування: тотальне ендопротезування правого колінного суглоба системою AK Medical.
Операції проводились під спінальною анестезією.
Обидва післяопераційні періоди прийшли без ускладнень.
У пацієнтки повністю відновлена функція обох колінних суглобів.

Knee arthroplasty left-sided gonarthrosis stage 3 74 years old
A 74-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of left-sided gonarthrosis grade 3, flexion-extension contracture. Pain syndrome. In the hospital, the patient underwent surgical treatment: total cement arthroplasty of the left knee joint with the Medacta Sphere system (Switzerland). The patient has fully restored the function of the left knee joint.
