Пацієнт 74 років, надійшов в стаціонар з діагнозом: лівосторонній гонартроз 3 ст, згинально-розгинальна контрактура. Больовий синдром.
В стаціонарі пацієнту проведено хірургічне лікування: тотальне цементне ендопротезування лівого колінного суглоба системою Medacta Sphere (Швейцарія).
У пацієнта повністю відновлена функція лівого колінного суглоба.

A 74-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of left-sided gonarthrosis grade 3, flexion-extension contracture. Pain syndrome. In the hospital, the patient underwent surgical treatment: total cement arthroplasty of the left knee joint with the Medacta Sphere system (Switzerland). The patient has fully restored the function of the left knee joint.
