The patient, 74 years old, suffered a fragmentary fracture of the right shoulder joint.
She was treated conservatively for 4 weeks. Due to pain syndrome and severe dysfunction of the right arm, she developed a left limp and decreased quality of life.
Surgery: total reverse cement arthroplasty of the right shoulder joint with the Evolutis UNIC RSA system (France).
The operation was performed under general anesthesia. The postoperative period was without complications. Immobilization with Deso bandage for 4 weeks.
The result on the photo is 3 months after the surgery. The patient is fully self-sufficient and has no pain.
